Textured rayon is a fabric derived from natural cellulose fibers, treated during manufacturing to create unique surface textures like crepe or embossing. It offers softness, breathability, and versatile drapability, adding dimension and visual interest to garments.

Care Instructions

Washing:

• Hand wash your textured rayon items in cool water using a gentle detergent.
• Gently agitate the garment and rinse thoroughly to remove any soap residue.
• Avoid soaking for extended periods to prevent color bleeding or fading.

Machine Washing (if recommended):

• If machine washing is preferred, use a delicate cycle with cold water.
• Place the textured rayon item in a mesh laundry bag to protect it from abrasion and tangling.

Drying:

• Avoid wringing out textured rayon garments as it can cause wrinkles or misshaping.
• Instead, gently squeeze out excess water without twisting and lay the garment flat on a clean towel to air dry.
• Avoid direct sunlight to prevent color fading or distortion.

Ironing:

• Use a low to medium heat setting on your iron when pressing textured rayon.
• Iron the garment inside out or with a cloth between the iron and the fabric to prevent shine marks.
• Steam ironing can be effective for removing wrinkles without direct contact with the fabric.

Storage:

• Store your textured rayon garments in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain their color and texture.
• Hanging items on padded hangers can help preserve their shape, while folding them neatly without creasing is also suitable.

Caution:

• Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals that can damage the fibers or cause color fading.
• Be cautious with sharp objects or jewelry that may snag or pull the textured surface of the fabric.
• Always check the care label or any specific care instructions provided with your textured rayon garment for tailored care recommendations.

Following these care instructions will help you preserve the quality and appearance of your Textured Rayon garments for years to come.

Any exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Store credit must be used within 3 years of issue. Items must be returned in original condition with tags still intact.

Once the item/s have been received on our end, we will email you your credit note code which is then valid for 3 year – we will send you this code via email.

• We cannot offer refunds unless the item/s is damaged due to a manufacturing fault, if this is the case please let us know in your return email.
